UN Global Compact

International NGO 2024

Canada's Chapter of the World's Largest Corporate Sustainability Initiative

Launched in 2015, the UN Global Compact Network Canada is a self-governing entity working closely with the UN Global Compact's head office in New York, dedicated to advancing the Ten Principles in human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption alongside the Sustainable Development Goals. The Canadian network brings together over 200 companies of all sizes and sectors, supporting them in embedding sustainable and ethical practices into their core business strategies — and making the case that responsible business is also good business.

A Digital Platform That Reflects the Weight of the Mission

The UN Global Compact Network Canada needed a web presence that could serve a sophisticated, multi-stakeholder audience — corporate executives, policy advocates, partner organizations, and businesses exploring membership — without feeling like a typical government or NGO site. The work focused on bringing clarity and gravitas to a complex content ecosystem: organizing programming, resources, news, and membership information into a clean, credible experience that reflects the organization's international standing while remaining approachable for Canadian businesses at every stage of their sustainability journey. The site needed to feel as purposeful as the network itself.
